Lowell Heritage Park

Lowell, Arkansas | 2018

Downtown Lowell can hardly be described as a downtown space with how it currently exists. While the area has a rich history, nobody driving by would ever know it. The goal here was to design a park that uncovers this history and sparks a commercial boom in the area.
